Here are 39 tourist attractions open to all residents of Luzon. Take note that all tourists are subject to a negative RT-PCR test within 72 hours before entry. Pre-registration at ilocosnorte.ph with a valid SafePass QR code is a must as well.

The list is updated last October 21, 2020. It may seem that there is a lot to see in Ilocos Norte. Do bear in mind that we are still with Covid19. Health protocols and local government ordinances are in places like wearing face masks and face shields.


You deserve that long-overdue travel. I would say that you should not miss the sand dunes of Ilocos Norte. It is one special spot on this side of the country.
